Haha, some thinking outside the box (even if tongue in cheek). 1st option, not to pour cold water but we lose out as thais biased towards native speakers (aka whites, even if their standard suck). How many whites turn to being lowly paid englsih teachers after their "extended" stay? I knew 1 swiss guy monlighting as english teacher, and doing visa run (few years back) to be with his u-grad gf (now wife). I mean swiss 1st language is not even english (either french or german)! So you see how besotted thais are with guys white, meal ticket or something else.
