since u are staying at Raffles City which is in Dongzhimen Nei, u can walk towards the East to Dongzhimen Wai. On the second cross juction on your left, u will see a big lighted up building call call 北京华逸天伦商务会馆（华逸天伦水世界）. I dun know if they've got FJ or not but I doubt so as they are in city centre. or not, please refer to link and can try to call them to see if they do special.

They use to have some near this place as well but nowadays hard to find them. If you really wanna see or try, go to 姚家园路 or 朝阳北路－东四环外。 you will find lots of them
