Foriegner can buy, but cannot take loan locally unless you work there.
5% yield is on the low side, a new shoebox studio 26sqm cost only about SGD$74K, monthly condo main't fee only SGD$35. Should be able to get at least 7000baht rent for 5% yield. It's near the popular "massage" shop in HuayKwang

If any bro wants to invest, I can get local agents to help manage your property, get tenants and rent.
Maybe we can engage our RealEstateGuy for help too!
