Few year ago, a lot of shop in Lucky plaza and elsewhere were shutdown, when undercover MOM officer raid and catch the illegally employed maids ..
even maid actual employer not allowed to use the maid, like say, employer had coffee shop, if maid work in coffee shop, the MOM can send maid packing and close down the coffee shop ...
