If I need contact someone, I call the number given. I couldn't care less what the country code is. Most people will use Skype or Viber anyway so cost is no longer an issue.
I am very offended by your discrimination towards the elderly. It's attitudes such as yours that have resulted in those over 40 being forced to work in McDonalds or drive taxis.
