Bruddah, alot of OKT can get piss off when a strange looking and unfamilar guy came in asking this and that, and look around as if he is like looking for suspect in the house and end up never book any WL. Many OKT also dun like to reveal their WL names to strangers for fear that these strangers will try to call the WL from another house. This is what they called "mis-opportunity to earn more money".
