Good service and looks deserve praise, but if it's average or bad, we should say so as well.

It's unfair to write negative FRs coz these WLs are here to make a living n they have a 2 yr tenure.
They are after all human too n like everyone else struggle to be consistent in their service delivery.
If you see or read that a particular WL is having consistent fabulous FRs from diff bros... then she should be good. It also helps if you find the time to wait for your particular Fave WL coz in that way you get to see the rest while waiting n you can assess if the FRs are accurate or not.
Bear in mind, highly rated WLs have their "off days" too when they are not well, emotional disturbed or plain tired.
