I sometimes tell them directly as well but some don't listen.

Do you go to a restaurant, pay $150 and when served a lousy meal - then accept the explanation that the much acclaimed chef had a bad day?
Or if you go to a salon recommended by someone who says they can make you look good, but end up skills suck and your neighborhood barber did a better job even for just 10 bucks as compared to the $150 you paid?
Feels like you kena cheated right? Imagine someone told you it's sharkfin soup being served and end up you get potato soup at a restaurant.
I think we should try to avoid that situation. And yes being nice and overly positive causes WLs to get complacent, we should find ways to spur them on to a certain level of service.
And if we find our own experience is mismatch from what others bros posted, we should share it here so the rest will know the quality and consistency of the "dish" they're ordering from the "restaurant"
