Bruddah, you must understand that Malaysian WL has been in this trade for more than 10 years. You cannot expect them to treat you like what PRC WL treat you. The Malaysian WL are more or less numb liao lah. Furthermore, they are all in their thirties and hence, mentally very mature liao. Many can be my elder sisters or aunties.
The only Malaysia WL who can maintain the GFE is none other than the infamous BMW.
