the yellow cab company has put up a banner saying they will use meter when you board their cab. they also have someone using loudspeaker to announce that during the day time. Because of that, taxi fare seems to have stabilised somewhat. and i see more people boarding the yellow cab.

not too long ago, when u board the taxi, they will quote u 20. now drop back to 15 . the yellow cab using meter will put some pressure on the blue cab operator. This is real competition between cab companies, unlike in singapore.
