I thought this is one update that PRCsytlover will beat me to it since he always wake up earlier than I did. But see nothing from him, than I might as well post something here.
Was at New Tao Yuan last night with Prcsytlover and 3 other friends. For me, it was funny feeling... walking down the flower street reminds me of my first time in Taoyuan. Feeling was great! Reminds me of the first girl that I've picked in Taoyuan and how much fun we had on that first night. Think that's about 6 years ago.
Was at New Tao Yuan (NTY) at about 6pm though we were told that flower street starts at 630pm. Went through the 'security check' at the front door (Mayflower style) and the first lineup we saw was the DJs. 2 categories of DJs in NTY. 200 and 300. Those standing outside the main door are the 300 ones (in pink uniform) and those inside are the 200 ones. They do have some cute DJs in the 200 cat. Prcsytlover pick one cute DJ from level 2. Do take note that the uniform of the 200 cat DJs is similar to some of the WL's uniform. Witness someone asking a DJ is she's convenient or not. Hahahaa...
Flower street starts about 15 mins ealrier than what we were told. Lucky we went there early. 3 different cat of WL here. 2/6/9, 3/7/10 and 5/13/18. Walk through the flower street several times and this is what I have observed: Girls strength, they have about 400 plus girls. Quality wise, saw some gems but mostly not convenient. Somehow reminds me of the flower street in Mayflower. Saw a few mummies from Ouya and Yihao and of course, some girls from these 2 ktvs too. In my personal opinion, the girls there are generally younger, gives me the BBS feel and I did see a few Tyrannosaurus plying the flower street too!
Given the current situation and the constant shortage of KTV rooms in Yihao and Ouya over the weekend, being a new joint, NTY might be able to attract customers over. However, they do need to bring in better quality WL in order to stay competitive. Saw a few veterans in the management of NTY that was previously from Ouya and Yihao. Let's give this place some time and see if they are able to improve on the girls selection.

New pricing will be at 2/6/9 for non HD and 4/7/10 for HD.
