But tat's shld b an isolated case for oversea, usually, the authority there won't go to e extend to report u to Sing embassy, bless its very serious...as they many paper work for them. Even so many oversea cases can be settled through many means!!!

In Sing, there is no alternative route, and Sing is a small country, small city, surrounded by sea, if unlucky, if caught, u only can face the law here...

that is because that guy kena charge by the police, last year a singaporean kena caught in a sauna in cp. he was not charge so he got no problem... not even a police record.
