Made my way to Saphan Kwai instead, with another bro..It was a very different experience from SC & Nana.
Went in, ask the mamasan any puying poot angkrit dai, she said mai mi(don't have) and ask where are we from. Told her sg, she then recommended puying who can poot "chin" (speak chinese). Came 2 puyings, they're from changrai, but parents from yunnan. As we ordered food and drinks, a few other girls down drop by and seated with us. They spoke in some dialect we didn't understand so later we learnt they're all from the same hometown (~8 of them here)..all can speak chinese..and some look great..
