Dun forget that when we 1st went to cp, PZL was not even open yet.. So no ppl will know where is PZL but knows where is 联邦.
Also mainly cos in 联邦 there's a lot of famous place like 毛家 aka 泉心饭店, 音乐龙， 大甲 etc etc...
And not to say at the end is 上岛咖啡.

and whenever any bros want to meet, they will said meet at outside PZL ... no one will said meet at 联邦大厦 ....
