It is not fair to the WL concern if you are asking me to answer a hypothetical question. I don't believe there are two WLs who can offer the same exact services to the same satisfaction. There bound to be certain variations, so to speak ...
As I have already clarified clearly earlier, your definition of solid fun may not be mine. To reiterate, each and everyone of us perceives what is good, fun and bad services differently to a certain extent.
If I don't get the OFE (or almost) even though the duration lasted 1 solid hour, it is still somewhat a lacklustre session as far as I am concern.
