When are the "precaution" dates?
June 15-31? That's two weeks before July 1. What happens after?
I know clean-ups are usually toward the lower end venues, not so much for KTVs or SNs. If so, it's also possible if you know the mommy and they will make arrangements. It's happened so many times especially during Chinese New Year or Special National Holidays. But it's good to know the "important" events around the Pearl Delta.
