Bao'ing a gal is usually NOT the result of any "objectives" of a monger - rather it is just the result of such mongering.
Now, whether it's the Gal's objectives or not, us mongers usually do not know; we just go out mongering, end up with a gal who we really "click" with and...just like when one falls heads over heels in love as a teenager...want to spend more and more time with her, and we of course do NOT want her to be with any other fella.
To do that, we'd ask them to quit her "job" and of course we'd need to supplant the income she no longer makes and....well... the rest is history!
And if Bao'ing a gal is a good idea or not - well... I always say that each and every relationship is unique and one-of-a-kind - and thus its up to each individual to determine such himself.
