And its practically every few days that I see street quarrels and fights happening in CP.
Noticed this behaviour by the LE's a few times....which I guess makes a bit of sense.

I do notice they only bullies those they think they can ....... some LE are just buying and passing time till the next pay day ......
Saw many time those 城管 catching those illegal taxi outside outside miraton .... the way城管 shouted, pulling and arresting the driver are as if they kill someone .
