Unfortunately the recent Yanda has basically swept these BBS's clean and those still operating do so by moving their base all the time and would for the most part just do their business by phones; at least this is the way it is right now/hope things will be on the mend ASAP.
But even though they are now "on the move" they are still basically located around the Swan Lake Rd. area, the Yalan area as well as somewhere behind the Hui Mei Hotel on ZhongYan street. And whilst in the past all you needed to do was to show your face at these areas and the mommies will rush to you, nowadays, they are way more discreet and I really don't see them around.
But I think that the Agents who advertise on here used to arrange for BBS's tours - I believe at RMB 20 each and they will send one of their assistants to accompany you to the place. Not sure if they're still doing this or not but you should ask for they'd probably be the most informed on how to get to BBS's SAFELY nowadays .
And talking about safety - please be careful with following supposed Mommies; there had been cases - many in fact - of guys following mommies up to apartments and instead getting jumped on by gangs. They not only will rob you for what you have on - worse, they will basically beat/torture you to give up your hotel safe combination AND your PIN number of all your credit cards etc. Be careful - especially during this yanda period when too many gals are not working and BF's forced to do whatever they can to bring food to the table.
