Been in cp only 3 times since 2011. So I'm kinda new there too. Planning for trip number 4 is well on the way in dec aft serving the nation to protect ur asses!! Haha

Anyway let's start with the airport. I have travelled to cp via Shenzhen, Gz and hkg before and IMHO If u let me choose I would say Shenzhen is the best way to cp. here's my pros and con abt each air port:

Shenzhen pro
1) closest to cp. only 45mins. No sore ass
2)cheap transport
3) can buy cigs and alcohol no tax fr sg

Sz con
1) if u let a woman know u go sz for more than 2 times a year, half of them are gonna suspect u got a mistress there !!! Trust me.

Gz pro
1) abit more decent from sz. Maybe 1/4 will suspect.
2) cigs and alcohol friendly too

Gz con
Same distance to cp as hkg . Ard 2 hours. Guangzhou around 3 hours

Hkg pro
1) least pple will suspect u go cp. can proudly tell ur fren and family u going Disney land!!!
2) many flights. Good timing
3) can tour hkg 1st then go cp.

Hkg con
1) transport to cp makes ur ass sore!
2) not cigs and alcohol friendly
3) long q (can skip queue n take ferry to Shekou from inside airport)
4) return flights is confusing. Check in t2 fly off t1. All flights depart from T1, budget airlines mostly check in T2

Next lets talk abt hotel.
Well for me there is not much hotel to talk abt. For all my trips I only stay in yihao. It's the newest 5star hotel in the list of recommend hotels fr ken.
One of the laziest thing to do is to wear shorts and hotel slippers to yihao ktv. U can bring ur mm half way during concert up for a quick 1-2 than come down and sing ur song. Behind the hotel got 1 convenient store for u to buy ur sweets and mineral water etc. it's is within walking distance to some nice claypot porridge too.

That's all for now... Using iPhone type is a bad idea. I need iPhone 5... Hope that cb Siri can surf Sbf and type in my fr. Haha
