My opinion is anything more than 700 (including taxi) for outcall in Beijing is probably too much to pay for. 1000 is certainly way out of the market price in Beijing. You simply cannot guarantee they provide good service. I would have guess most of the threads being written to promote Fiona are not necessary real.
So make your own judgement. I found one of the thread that describe various contacts are pretty accurate.
