No lah, it just happened I was invited by a group of SG Retirees who like to cheong different G clubs every now & then and whenever I in Bkk. This small group of investors owned properties in Thailand and rent it out and or sell them for investment. Old men like us get jaded with mp, gogo bars & disco. I will give you the honour of cutting the ribbon plus giving out prices and free membership.
