You are right that the OKTs asking the WLs for " Ang Pow ' as a form of tradition is fine but the amounts of S$200 to S$1,000 would be extortion in a way and the WLs could actually report this to AV,,, but i would say how many would want that to happen as their rice bowl is controlled by the OKT who are the one arranging them their assignments and introduced them new clients so that they would have continuous flow of customers.

You are absolutely right that so far only Lorna's house 16/51 & 20/62 gives out angpow of a Big Sweep ticket , i wonder if any of those tickets got any price each year,,,, Ha! Ha! If any brothers are lucky to win a price plz come forward to share. Cheers! Huat! Huat! Huat!
