this Hoe Chuan has been a notorious gambler n chiongster for many many years...his modus operandi from the m'sian gals time use to be to call newbies n hide in the room, so once the gal went in paiseh to leave n fell into his clutches...crafty old devil but once the gals more familiar wif gl then they wld refuse to serve him becuz most had to stop work after serving him...also gather he prolly 'gambled' away 2033 sometime back...
