No, I don't find that qiqi resembles Da S. She's the cutest thing I've ever seen, but she does not resemble Da S to me.
As for the Lulus, it depends on your individual taste. If you like qiqi, I would believe you'll also enjoy lulu wh1612 who is meaty, fair skinned, has a pair of c-cups and is friendly with good service.
