Question 1 & 3 has being answer by Incubus.
Question 2, usually its for 1 year or up to all your bottles finish whichever comes first.
As for question number 4, from what I gather, 1st 40 mins they charge 2 drinks on top of the regular 1 drink/40 mins. That means for 1st 40 mins 3 drinks are charged. After 1st 40 mins, they will charge 1 drink every 40 mins. Bros who are lao jiao on G Clubs, please confirm if I am right.
