I remembered, at one time, I was withdrawing cash at the Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) around/at 1AM near Walter Hotel, this is to avoid the long queue during the day. After the withdrawing was done, while walking towards Rainbow (Jin Hui), I was being followed by a guy on a motorbike. Nothing bad happened to me but you just have to be vigilant.
