IMO,

buying clothes in CP is a total waste of time, i have seen a fair share of chop-dao-ni-laosai price in clothes, i have seen some lady wears going at 4-5 times lesser in Singapore than in CP. take a shop trip to Guangzhou or Humen, the clothes there are cheaper. (but still the shop keeper will try to carrot you)
