If it will bring abt costs savings, I think most organizers wont mind taking bigger room like medium room which can sit abt 6px. But medium room package (2 towers) at 鑫天地 during HH is about $240 which is the price of 2xsmall rooms so most organizers wld prefer to just book small room for convenience sake and fill up the empty 1-3 slots since there's no incentive to book a bigger room. My 2 cents.
