I dont stay in a hotel and I do not allow them over at my place. some places i know of provide from 600 - 700 plus neg. Some up to 1000. Overall the cost more than shanghai and the quality isnt as good. North 4th I am not familiar, sorry, I stay in the central, but it wont be hard since to find since it is far away from city central. maybe you like to try salitun area.
