This wouldn't be staged..believe what you want but just be safe, this game has risks and we all know it.
I have experienced medical staff in other "developed" Asian countries not wear gloves while handling bodily fluids. I had blood drawn once at a nice hospital in a very developed country and the phlebotomist didn't wear gloves
but they did at least use iodine wipes to sterilize my skin.
