Been to PZL for past 6 years, today first time do a phone booking yet ask me to wait for 40 mins although I reached on time. Finally gave me a room yet ask me wait for another 40 mins for ji si.

Why accept phone booking yet never reserve the rooms. Might as well cancel phone booking system.
