wah no need so complicated ba...i normally say ไปถนนประชาอุทิศได้ไหม อยู่ใกล้ๆสถานทูตลาว (Can go Pracha Uthit Road? very near Laos Embassy)...if they dun know then i will skip taxi drivers until i find one who knows how to go to สถานทูตลาว (Laos Embassy)...then when the driver says สถานทูตลาวอยู่ซ้ายมือแล้ว (Laos Embassy is on the left-hand side already), i direct them by saying อย่าเลี้ยวซ้าย ตรงไปก่อนจนเห็นโฆษณาPimpในซ้ายมือ แล้วเลี้ยวซ้าย (Don't turn left, go straight 1st until u see the Pimp advertisement on the left-hand side, then turn left)...more or less they will be on the right track...but my thai also a bit funny funny cos too formal
