Yes, the "4 Beauties of Dalian' is at the address you mentioned. The actual address is at City Hotel, 5 Flr, (entrance from lift lobby at Hotel Shopping Mall), Yan'an Road, ShanXi Nan(South) Rd.
And it is subjectives in terms of looks & quality in comparison between the 2 joints with regards to the gals! "one man's meat is another man's poison".........
Won't deny the fact that Qun Xing Hui have more gals in comparison to this new branch of theirs, yet more might not be pretty other than more varieties /choices!
Go see for yourself rather than hearing..........'seeing is believing' bro.............
Also, in terms of $$$ of the 2 places, the new branch command a steeper $$$ as compared to Qun Xing Hui. See earlier posting for reference on $$ & ambience between 2 places comparison.
