Quite a few walk-in girls go back to work noon-ish to cater to the lunch time trade and most will take clients up to 10 or 11 PM, depending on if business is slow or not. Best time to go IMHO is in the afternoon after the lunch time crowd and before the after work rush. Dinner time around 7 - 9 is also good as business slows down for them when clients are out having dinner
But you may have to wait while they themselves chow down on their take-out food.
