Bro for centralised location for day activities for cp is zhong yuan street however there isn't any 5 stars hotel. Only 3-4 stars hotels along this main street. Decent safe good hotels are huihua, huatai, huimei, miraton and virgin.. only huatai got complimentary shuttle service.
5 stars hotels in cp nearest to zhong yuan st : huimei tianlun , yihao and last is ouya hotels.
As for ca centralised location is ca town near parklane hotel which is 5 star...
