Am in CP now so can report as to true situation.

Just my personal experience, am not a ktv guy coz I travel solo so sauna is my game. Staying at yihau but checked out two days later, hotel dosent even have a bar (I never stayed in 5 star hotel with no bar). Sauna rooms are very good. Have some girls but not so meany. Yihao is to far out and nothing to do. Western restaurant is expensive and low quality. 4 steaks on menu only one available. I was very disappointed in this hotel.

Checked into miraton hotel because my guide recommended this hotel. Imho hotel is ok, restaurant is very delicious especially din Sun. But sauna girls are very expensive and low quality. Don't stay this hotel or waste your time in the sauna.

Went to try virgin hotel sauna this afternoon, lots of hot girls, chose a syt for 500 girl 280 room ( same quality in yi hao 1100, and same quality in miraton don't have).

If I visit CP again I will stay virgin hotel.
