I am refering to Mandalay. The hotel is if i remember correctly is Mandalay city hotel. It seems that the authorities in Mandalay is quite strict with regard to these type of activities since it has many monks in the city. So better just go to Mandalay for sightseeing only and do your cheonging in Yangon. However, things might have changed now so pls do a report if you do score in Mandalay.
