Hello, pls pardon my noob-ness.... why cant i download anything from ryushare? am i doing anything wrong?

I click link, then select slow download (since I didn't pay for a premium account) and then it says download limited has exceeded when I've never downloaded anything before! It happens to every clip... >.<
