Many complaint abt their unsafe encounters in countries/places in taxi, tat's usually because they ar either in 1 or 2 (even all) of the above mentioned cases. They then announced to the world their encounters, without telling how it actually get started. Tis days Desperate Taxi driver are smart too! They won't risk going after a passenger, whom may not appear to be rich and/or carrying a lot of cash.
