My favorite outcall service in Japan is JK Style (
http://www.jk-style.tv/pc/home/). The operator speaks good English and always remembers me even though I travel to Tokyo only once a quarter. He'll even recommend which girl he thinks is suitable for me and can speak English.
When there isn't a suitable girl at JK Style (as informed by the operator), I will opt for either Tokyo Style (
