Yoshiwara has 200 establishments to choose from and with 85k Yen price, you could already opt for highest establishment in Yoshi. Anything above 65k Yen is considered high class soapland there.
There are also soaplands in Kawasaki, though I have yet to explore there, maybe I'll check it out once I reached Tokyo, still at some other area of Japan at the moment..

read from ang moh reviews online that some shops in yoshiwara area accepts foreigners and even prc-tourists, can anyone verify this?
