I think it's a good incentive to encourage girls to stay longer and work harder?
So those gals that leave before six months will not receive any of these bonuses.

So a girl who earns 20k per month that stay 2 years will earn:
(Months 7-12 at 6 percent) $7200 + (months 13-18 at 10 percent)$12,000 + (months 19-24 at 15 percent)$18,000 = $37,200 bonus if she makes to two years!

As far as I know only few houses are rewarding their girls :
At the end of the tour of duty, there are bosses who give WLs Rolex watch or monetary rewards
Most of the bosses are not giving anything at all
Still complaining that they are leaving so early, wasting time to submit their applications to AV
