i searched the web about this topic. i found out that this 'delayed ejaculation from excessive pcc' thing (a.k.a. 'death grip syndrome') is NOT recognized within medical circles.
the problem is likely in your brain, not your dick:
1. not used to the stimulation (sex feels totally different from pcc)
2. performance anxiety (especially if you also have problems staying hard)
3. stress
before i go to geylang regularly, i was pretty inexperienced with sex, and i thought i had the same problem too when i fuck a girl. now, after fucking many geylang ladies, the problem is gone. i still masturbate very frequently (>1/day) until this day, so it turned out that my problem was just performance anxiety.
