The hyping of Thai real estate has been going on since the martial law comes in effect as Singapore real estate is suffering the worst times in recent years.

US Fed QE programme has ended.
Interest rates will rise significantly in 2015.
Those with housing mortgage loans better refinance and lock in at lower rates before the shit hits the fan.
Wall street will start to dump stocks as they know many stocks are overvalue due to the cheap credit.

Those who knows will know.
Those who don't get it will never get it.

Foreigners are not eligible to own all the good Thai asset classes in their own name such as town houses and agriculture land.
Yes some smart alec will say can use company name mah.
Land ownership also have many limitations even with company name.

Personally I go for a safe good ROI yield of 5% and no it's not Thai real estate.
