It does not matter whether the condo beside it is completed and folks move in as the situation is similar to earlier scenarios in GL & Kerrisdale where the new homeowners & developor petitioned the authorities to close down the redlight areas beside their condos. The authorities reply them to go fly kite as these redlight areas were already in existence before their condo was built and the buyers were fully aware of their existence therefore the redlight areas remained.
PT will still be around end of this year and next year too.

Agree with you ninja, even if these new condo residents file complaints, their chances of success is very minimal.
Petain already right next to a public place, situated right next to the shopping mall, you would think those shoppers would have filed something too.
After all these years since the mall has been constructed, Petain has still been around, don't see how a new condo will affect their business and force them to relocate.
