yeap, PRC's still around.... but this time with okt liao.... rate still same.... heard 1 of the PRCs do "fire ice"... im sure bros should know that...
quality wise, unknown, as i havent try out yet...but according to okt, need to take queue number for tht particular PRC.... whether how truth, remain to be seen.....
