Reading thru seems that the 2 famous names brought up are Oasis & Windy, saw Sakura somehwhere also... I only have a night to spare in Hanoi, expected only to be available after 9+pm, anyone kind enough to recommand which 1 should i go with good choices at that hour? Was told i will be staying around Ba Dinh District. Dont think i want to outcall back to hotel too
