I can vouch that the Green Elephant is really rundown. The bedsheets look like they have not been changed for weeks, the carpets are soggy and dirty. I would not even advise walking barefoot between the bed and the bathroom. The girls move around the establishment like an assembly line arrangement. Some of the recommended HCs in KL would be:
