I want to talk about masturbation addiction. Actually, I could say it's not an addiction, but because I have an LDR relationship with my wife, when I want to, I often masturbate. and that apparently made my desire for my wife less. Not because she wasn't attractive, but I just felt less passionate. So I think it's best if you can, just hold off if you want to have sex until you get it from your partner. and now I'm doing therapy for this so I can have good sex again with my wife
